Fulfillment & Returns


All Outdoor Corps products are shipped through USPS priority mail. See below for our return policy.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Outdoor Corps. With that, we'll gladly offer a refund or replacement for any product purchased from our website so long as the purchase meets the following criteria:

  • The product was purchased within the last (30) days
  • The product is in its original condition with all packaging in-tact and can be re-stocked for sale
  • The product has a demonstrated manufacturing defect (photos/video must be submitted prior to product return)
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund

To return your product, please send us a message through the contact form on our website. You can also email us at help@outdoorcorps.com. Provide details on your return including original order number, order date, name, contact email and phone number. If you have a manufacturing defect, please attach photos or videos to your email. Once approved, we will respond with a return authorization.

You are responsible for all shipping costs which are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary. If you are shipping items worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When shipping your product for return:

  • Package the product and include a copy of your order and return authorization. Or you can simply place a note with the order# and/or your name and best contact email and phone number
  • Ship with your preferred carrier and note your tracking information for your records
  • Once we receive and review the item you are returning, so long as everything complies with the information listed above, we will issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
